My biggest concern was that what I'm looking at might appearing in a recently watched list and override the settings for youtube kids (click the image below to get there) but that doesn't seem to be the case. I list this as a back up to a youtube kid programming list being worked on, as well as, having a main Chinese TV app on Chromebook for you to investigate. See app screenshot below.
